Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. We also do not accept returns for:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged through misuse
Items returned without prior approval, where required

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@oralpaw.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to wait until delivery and then request a return in accordance with this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
